Pavilion Rentals

Large Pavilion – 175.00 (includes up to 12 guests)

Small – 100.00
Hours available to rent will be Monday-Thursday anytime, Friday-Sunday 12pm-2pm only. This is due to weekends being the busiest and most crowded. There will be no pavilion rental on Memorial Day weekend, 4th of July, and Labor Day weekend.

Prepaid cards will be available to purchase to use for snacks and drinks. These will be sold in $10 increments. They are easy to use and waterproof.

Party Rules

• ALL PARTY GUESTS MUST HAVE A SIGNED LIABILITY WAIVER

• Large Pavilion rental includes up to 12 party guests. You are responsible to pay $5 for each additional guest over that.

• Small Pavilion rental - You are responsible to pay $5 fee for non-members attending your party.

• Children under 9 must be accompanied by a parent. Please indicate this on the invitation.

• No pinatas.

• Balloons must be secured to table or metal posts.

• No confetti. Party favors must follow general pool or safety rules.

• You are responsible for cleanup of all decorations, including balloon arches, party items and food.

• Excessive food and trash or furniture relocation may incur additional cleaning cost.

• NO FOOD AROUND THE PERIMETER OF THE POOL. ALL FOOD MUST BE CONSUMED UNDER THE CABANA OR ARBOR.

• The management reserves the right to request removal of anyone intentionally violating the rules or endangering or offending other members or guests.
